All orders are shipped from our AESENS STUDIO atelier in Budapest, Hungary. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays in Hungary. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
At this moment we only ship our products within Europe, according to details below. We offer complimentary standard shipping for orders above a certain threshold.
We aim to process your orders and start shipping within 1-2 days. This time may vary depending on our load, especially during large volume order periods.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
As soon as your package has dispatched, you will receive an e-mail notification with a parcel tracking number, that you can use to track online the status of your order. If the number does not work straight away, please try again a little later.
CHANGE SHIPPING INFORMATION ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address after completing your order. An exception to this is the simple correction of a spelling error.
CUSTOMS DUTY AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE
There are no customs duties to be paid when buying goods coming from within the European Union. In case of countries outside of the EU, it is your responsibility to pay any import duties and taxes of your shipment. Import duties will be charged when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Because customs policies vary from country to country, AESENS STUDIO is unable to control these fees and cannot tell you what charges may incur. Customers take full responsibility for all shipping cost and any customs charges, even if they refuse to accept a package due to high import duties or taxes.

Although we make every effort to deliver your order on time, we cannot take responsibility for late delivery due to reasons beyond our control. We will do our best to inform you about any unexpected delays.
